Babygirl is doing just fine, moving around, probably running out of space. Head down and dropping lower every week. As of April 10th, I am 33 weeks along, and if you love me you’ll pray for the 1st week of May delivery. Because who wants to continue past 40 weeks? Although, I do believe God’s timing not mine. I will admit, it is getting harder to get task complete just due to shortness of breath and the discomfort of the added weight.

Thank you for being patient with me during the last few weeks of this pregnancy, I truly appreciate you all. Again, I may be short or words during the conversation, because I am literally short on breath and lack words while focusing on breathing techniques.

As long as I am not stressed/overwhelmed into bed rest, I plan on working week by week starting May 3rd. Up until I go into labor. Currently my calendar is open until April 30th. I plan to be out for 30 days, after I leave the hospital. I will keep you posted on this platform and Facebook, if you don’t currently follow me. You will see dates appear on my calendar as I phase back into work with a newborn baby.

Crochet’s

  • Pre-loop Crochet

    Pre-loop crochet, hair must have a “loop” in the crochet style in order for it to be considered pre-loop $80.

  • Feed-In's & Crochet

    Feed-in’s in the front (braiding hair is provided). Crochet’s in the back. 3-4 bundles/pack of hair is require for this style. Hair longer than 16 inches in not recommended. Might as well get the sew-in, $120

  • Crochet Bob

    Hair is included, in this bob style. Kima (brand) Ocean Wave is used for this style 8 inches only. Complete service $130

Crochet’s

To much of anything can result in a bad thing. Crochet’s are one of many “protective styles” that can be a good alternative hair style. However, getting styles that are too thick for your natural hair can stress out your hair follicles.

  • Getting crochet’s consistently can damage your hair line if you are always applying tension by placing your hair in a ponytail.

  • Take frequent breaks between styles. Don’t be afraid to try new things with your hair.

  • Get treatments and trims

Natural Hair

  • Braid Down

    Shampoo service is included in all natural styles, hair is blow dried then braided down in straight back cornrows. Longer/thicker hair will experience a $20 up-charge for smaller braids. ($50)

  • 2-strand twist / Mini Twist

    2 strand twist are applied to wet or dry hair. ($80 + length)

    Mini twist are a smaller/ fuller version or regular twist. ($120 + thickness)

  • rope twist

    Rope Twist

    Shampoo services are included, hair is blow dried then sectioned off and prepare for rope twist. ($120)

  • Flat Twist

    2 strand twist that are flat against the scalp into a style. Twist out included. Shampoo services are included starting at ($75 + length)

  • Flexi Rod Set

    Shampoo services are required for a great foundation, any size rod for any long lasting spiral curl ($70 + length/thickness)

  • Basic Blowout

    Shampoo services are provided with a basic blowout. Top of the line heat protection applied, sectioned and blow dried. Flat ironed with a gentle bump.($60 + length)

    Protein Treatment + Trim /Optional curl Silk Press ($100)

  • Individual Plaits

    Shampoo services, hair will be blown dried and Individual plaits on natural hair. ($90 + length)

    Men's Braids

    Shampoo service is included, hair is blow dried and braided into a style. This price style is only for a male with hair on top and requires a fade on the side. ($50)

    If you have a full head of hair you must schedule a “Braid Style + length”

  • None of these numbers matter when it comes to your hair texture. Mizani has a hair texture chart for there personalized products.

    Hair Texture is defined as Kinky/Coily, Curly, Wavy or Straight.

    What does your texture look like when wet?

  • Let’s be honest with yourself. How often/frequently are you remaining hydrated?

    Hydration can be consumed in 3 formats.

    1. Water infused with fruit

    2. Coconut Water (eletrolytes)

    3. Natural fruit juice (juicing)

    Do you have a healthy nutritional diet? Are you eating a good amount of vegetables and fruit in your day to day meals.

  • Hair trims are vital to your hair growth and overall healthy development of your personal progress.

    Lack of a trim can result in split ends, breakage and stunt your hair growth.

    Maintaining your hair length would require a hair cut every 4-6 weeks.

    Obtaining your hair growth would require a hair trim every 8-12 weeks, while incorporating some type of treatment in your routine.

  • Always apply a moisturizer, leave-in conditioner, detangle solution, something. Combing ends to root first.

    Starting off, working in a small section if you can not control your hair in big/large sections.

    Please, never take out a braid/plait/twist and continue to the next braid. Always detangle it to prevent breakage.
